"Vintage lithographc art ...That is unfortunately nearly a lost art, the detail and color put into line art of the 19th and early 20th centuries.

Coming from a line of newspaper printers, composers and editors, i can't imagine how they made the deadlines with the old hot lead linotype machine, and having to put all the type into the chase to make up the pages of the paper.
Typesetting and composion is infinely easier now with the computer, but thefine art of graphic reproduction such as the example provided has not been dupicated as yet. King Fahd
