Aw dawlin, if Ah's dere Ah'd help ya. Mah Daddy was a mastuh cawpentuh and cabnit makuh bah trade, but he suppowted us bah bein a maintnince man. He yoosta do odd jobs on a Sattidy and wood take me wit him. Ah loint alot just watchin (Ah was a goil and derefore coudden pawticipate) and nah do mosta mah own repaihs. Dat's wonna da reasins dat Ah bought a newuh house dis tom. Afta replacing alla da winduhs and doawas, ripping out da batroom floawa don to da sub floor, and jus about rebuilding dat 50 yeah old house, Ah figyad dat Ah was gettin too dam old to be playin Bob Villa evry weekend.

i fuggot tah menchin dat sod walks wasn't always sod walks. didn't dey usta be bankits? as in: "ya gonna burn ya feet out dere onna bankit". ennybody know?
