Friendship House

This menu is from The Friendship House Restaurant, located on Highway 90 between Gulfport and Biloxi, Mississippi. The menu seems to be from the 60s: A deluxe seafood platter cost $2.45; coffee (with free refills) was 10 cents; a bottle of California wine cost $2.75. The “world’s best hamburger” could be had for 50 cents and the politically incorrect “Wop Salad” was still available (small, 95 cents; large $1.55).

Although the Friendship House was not located in New Orleans it was well known by locals for it's radio commercial jingle:
"Let's all eat at The Friendship House
Friendship
That's it's middle name."
