My-O-My was next to Swansons and the old Bucktown Bridge was between Swansons and Brunings. The Bridge was then a vehicular bridge and was another street entrance to West End from Orpheum Street in Jefferson Parish.

My mother talked about it being the female impersonator emporium and home of slot machines. She and her friends would go to West End and the Beverly for fun with the one-armed bandits, and to Henry's Wishing Well on Airline for general night clubbing.

I think My-O-My was in the Fitzgerald's area, kinda sitting back behind Maggie and Smitty's Crab Shack and near the bridge. I do remember that it burned down, but don't remember when.
