Anybody Remember a long running show in the Quarter called 'Nobody Likes a Smart Ass?'.

Yea, Ah remembuh but Ah nevuh saw it. If Ahm thinkin a da right newspapuh ad fuh it, it had a da back view of a lady wit a big rear end and she was weahin a hat wit flowuhs on it.

Yeah, dat's right. I was a kid then and my aunt (who was a young woman) had a poster a dat hangin' in ha bed room. I thought it was absolutely the coolest thing I'd ever seen. So 'nasty'!

This classic satire that was very popular back in New Orleans in the 1960s can be yours for the taking! This great album is on the Spade label of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This musical satire is called, The Fudgeripple Follies or "Nobody Likes A Smart Ass" Volume II. The cast consists of Sam Adams, Butch Benit, Bill Holliday and Walter Perseveaux. This is sort of a "Beyond The Fringe" Lousisana-style! This lp is not very common and should prove to be a great addition to your world...So bid today!

 I think ya right. I remember flowers too. Maybe this is a later or earlier version. It ran for a long time--might'a changed over time.
