Rousell's Restaurant on Airline

Before the Interstate made Airline Highway a deadzone between N.O. and
Baton Rouge, there were all sorts of mom and pop businesses including the
wonderful old Rousell's Restaurant near LaPlace (I think). That, or
Airline Motors was always a "must stop" on the way to or from
B.R.
